At least one author of each accepted poster must register for the conference and present the poster.

Abstract submission deadline

10th May, 2026

Notification of Abstract acceptance

13th May, 2026

First Draft of Presentation Submission

23rd May, 2026

Full Presentation Submission

30th May, 2026

Abstract Submission Steps

Abstracts will undergo a screening process for conference presentation.

  1. Participants needs to register for the Summer School to submit the ABSTRACT
  2. Participants are required to submit a 200-word Abstract through google form after registration, using the unique registration ID communicated. 
  3. The deadline for abstract submission is May 10, 2026. 
  4. Evaluation will be based on the originality of the idea and any experimental, theoretical or simulation results presented related to the theme.
  5. Selected Abstracts will be intimated on or before May 13, 2026.
  6. Selected Participants will be given a chance to present their research work during the Summer School in the given slot, as per the schedule.

Guidelines

Abstract Submission

  • Pick any one of the possible subthemes given above or any related theme.
  • Thoroughly focus on the systematic presentation of the above chosen subthemes from a basic conceptual levels.
  • Can present their respective research work related to  the subthemes.

Presentation

  • Single author of selected Abstracts will be given an opportunity to present during the Summer School.
  • Final Presentation submission last date is May 30, 2026.
  • Follow the regular updates for the exact slot for presentation.
  • Presentation time: 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation & 05 minutes Q & A)
  • Evaluation: Judge(s) will evaluate based on the originality of content, relevance, clarity of thought, way of presentation and handling questions etc.
  • Prizes: The cash and surprises worth INR 10,000 will be awarded to the Young Mind Speaks Presenters.
